WE CHARGE A FIXED INCLUSIVE FEE OF £450 FOR OUR PROFESSIONAL LANDLORD SERVICE

Optimus's Landlord Service fees are all-inclusive. They are also deductible from rental income as a tax-allowable expense. The service is provided at an annual fixed fee for each tax year. Please note that all fees are payable in advance.

• For a sole or first joint owner of one let property: £450
• For each additional joint owner/tax return: £75
• For each additional let property, solely or jointly owned: £310
